Accept everything just the way it is.

Do not act following customary beliefs.

Think lightly of yourself and deeply of the world.

Do not regret what you have done.

Cultivate contentment, free from envy.

Resentment and complaint are appropriate neither for oneself nor others.

Remain neutral and unbiased in all matters.

Focus on acquiring and refining skills that are practical and beneficial.

Do not seek to possess either goods or fiefs for your old age.

Focus on your path without measuring it against others or passing judgment on them.

Embrace uncertainty, as understanding often arrives unexpectedly.

Do the work, and the work will do the rest.

Diligence paves the way for tremendous fortune.

Hope is a dangerous thing.

Never stray from the way.

Do not fear death.
